0.75 Cup Butter2 Teaspoons Paprika2 Teaspoons Dried Marjoram1 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest4 Cloves Garlic6 Roma Tomatoes1 Pounds Onions3 Pounds Boneless & Skinless Chicken Thighs2 Teaspoons Salt1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper3 Cups Water2 Bell PeppersHeat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add tomatoes, lemon zest, minced garlic, marjoram, caraway seeds and onions. Cook until onions are softened. Add paprika and mix to combine.Stir in chicken, salt and pepper, and brown chicken.
