1 Pound Angus Chuck Ground Beef0.5 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper4 Ounces Cheese Curds3 Sunny Side Up Fried Eggs4 Sesame Burger Buns12 Cooked Bacon Strips4 Lettuce Leaves1 Large Heirloom Tomato0.25 Cup Dill Pickle Chips0.25 Cup Jalapeño Slices1 Medium Red Onion4 Teaspoons Portuguese Pepper AioliPreheat grill or indoor grill pan on high heat. Make 4 equal sized patties from the ground beef and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.Grill patties for 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness. In the final minute of cooking, place cheese curds on top of each patty. Meanwhile, in two separates skillets, fry the eggs sunny side up. To assemble sandwich, arrange 1 burger patty onto the bottom of each bun, followed by 1 egg, 4 bacon strips, lettuce, sliced tomato, pickle chips, jalapeno chips, sliced onion and 1 teaspoon of the aioli, cover with top bun and serve.
