3 Large Eggs1 Cup Milk2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract3 Cups Flour1.5 Cups Sugar4 Teaspoons Baking Powder0.75 Teaspoon Salt0.75 Cup Butter1 Cup Flour0.5 Cup Brown Sugar4 Teaspoon Cinnamon0.5 Cup ButterPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9-inch x 13-inch pan. Keep aside.For Topping: In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. With a fork, cut in ½ cup of butter until crumbly. Keep aside. In another bowl, add ¼ cup of milk, egg yolks and vanilla extract and lightly beat to combine.In the bowl of an electric mixer, add sugar, 3 cups of flour, baking powder and salt and mix on low speed for about 30 seconds. Add remaining milk and ¾ cup of butter and mix on low speed till flour mixture becomes moistened. Now, mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Add 1/3 of egg mixture and beat about 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining egg mixture in 2 additions, scraping down the sides after each addition. Place ½ of mixture into prepared pan evenly and sprinkle with ½ of topping mixture. With a spoon, swirl topping into cake mixture. Now, place remaining cake mixture and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
