Bisquick Coffee Cake Recipe | PT37M Serves 10 Ingredients: 0.33 Cup Brown Sugar 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar 2 Cups Bisquick Original Baking Mix 1 Egg 0.33 Cup Bisquick Original Baking Mix 0.5 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 2 Tablespoons Firm Margarine 0.66 Cup Milk Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan. For streusel topping: in a bowl, add 1/3 Cup of baking mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter and mix till the mixture becomes crumbly. Set aside. For cake: in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix till well combined. Place cake mixture into prepared cake pan evenly and sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for about 18-22 minutes. Remove from oven and keep onto the wire rack to cool in pan for about 10 minutes. Carefully, invert cake onto wire rack to cool completely before serving. Cut into desired slices and serve.
