Smart Recipes, Asian Recipes, Vegetables Recipes, Recipes Vegetables Asian Vegetable Tofu Fried Rice With No Added Oil Vegetable Tofu Fried Rice With No Added Oil Recipe | PT30M Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 Cup Brown Rice 1 Vegetable Broth 1 Onion 2 Cups Asparagus 1 Bell Pepper 2 Cups Baked Tofu 0.33 Cup Dry Sherry 0.25 Cup Fresh Cilantro 1 Scallion 1 Tablespoon Roasted Peanuts 1 Lime 1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce Heat a skillet over high heat. Stir in a little vegetable broth, onion and bell pepper. Reduce the heat to medium and sauté for about 5 minutes, adding more broth if required. Transfer the onion mixture into a bowl. In the same skillet, add more broth and asparagus and cook till just bright green. Transfer the asparagus into the bowl with the onion mixture.
