Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter0.5 cup Soy Sauce0.5 cup Lemon Or Lime Juice1 tablespoon Brown Sugar2 tablespoon Curry Powder2 cloves Garlic1 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce6 large Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast HalvesIn a large bowl, add garlic, brown sugar, peanut butter, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, lime juice and curry powder and mix until well combined. Add chicken cubes and coat with marinade generously. Refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Preheat the grill to high heat. Grease grill grate.Thread chicken slices onto skewers. Grill for about 5 minutes per side.
