Coat a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, salt, cinnamon & cayenne. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and remove from heat. Stir in sugar & vanilla and whisk eggs in 1 at a time.
