Ingredients:
6 Cloves Garlic1 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary1 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt0.25 Cup Mayonnaise1 Teaspoon Dijon MustardPreheat the oven to 350 degrees.In the center of a square foil piece, place garlic and top with rosemary. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Twist the foil around the garlic to make a pouch. Arrange the foil pouch into a small baking dish. Roast for about 30 minutes.Remove from the oven and carefully, open the pouch. Keep aside to cool slightly. Discard the rosemary sprigs and transfer the garlic to a small bowl, reserving the oil from foil.With the back of a spoon, mash the garlic. Add the mustard, mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon of reserved oil and salt and mix until well combined and smooth.
