4 Teaspoons Baking Powder0.25 Cup Butter3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour0.33 Cup Shortening6 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar0.66 Cup Milk, Whole0.25 Cup Granulated Sugar2 Cups All-Purpose Flour2 Cups Granulated Sugar0.75 Teaspoon Salt1 Eggs6 Cups Rhubarb0.25 Teaspoon CinnamonPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch pan with butter or cooking spray.Place rhubarb in a bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon and let sit, stirring frequently, about 10 to 15 minutes. Mix together 2 cups of flour, salt, baking powder and 6 tablespoons of sugar in a large bowl. Beat in milk, egg and shortening with an electric beater. Place flour mixture into the bottom of the greased pan and top with rhubarb mixture. Combine butter, 3 tablespoons of flour and ¼ cup of sugar in a bowl and sprinkle over the rhubarb. Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes.
