4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts0.33 Cup All Purpose Flour0.25 Teaspoon Pepper2 Tablespoons Butter1 Cup Chicken Broth1 Tablespoon Corn Starch0.25 Cup Lemon Juice2 Green OnionsPound chicken breasts between plastic wraps using a meat mallet into ¼-inch thickness. Stir flour and pepper in a shallow dish and lightly dredge pounded chicken breast in flour mixture. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken on both sides 4 to 6 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer to a plate and set aside covered to keep warm. Combine chicken broth, cornstarch and lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir into the hot skillet, and simmer until bubbly. Stir 2 more minutes and add green onions. Serve chicken with a healthy drizzle of the sauce.
