1 Pint Vinegar1 Quart Rhubarb1 Qart Onions4 Cups Brown Sugar0.25 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon0.25 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds0.25 Teaspoon Ground Clove1 Teaspoon AllspiceIn a pan, add vinegar, rhubarb and onions and cook for about 5 minutes. Add brown sugar and spices and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes or till mixture becomes thick, stirring occasionally. Transfer into sterilized jars and immediately, seal tightly.
