BBQ Meatballs With RaisinsPT55M Serves 4 Ingredients: 0.5 Cup Rolled Oats 1 Egg 0.33 Cup Onion 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 0.25 Cup Milk 1 Pound Ground Beef 0.5 Cup Raisins 0.75 Teaspoon Salt 0 To Taste Ground Black Pepper 1 Cup Brown Sugar 0.5 Cup Vinegar 2 Teaspoons Prepared Mustard 0.5 Cup BBQ Sauce 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, add beef, oats, raisins, onion, milk, egg, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper and mix till well combined. Make equal sized balls from the mixture. For sauce: in a pan, add remaining ingredients and cook till sugar dissolves, stirring continuously. Arrange meatballs on a baking dish and top with 1/2 of sauce. Cover the baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve meatballs over rice alongside remaining hot sauce.
