Braised CeleryPT45M Serves 12 Ingredients: 2 Large Heads Celery 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 0.5 Teaspoon Salt 2 Tablespoons Butter Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each celery head into 6 pieces lengthwise. Keep 1/2 cup of leafy tops aside for later use. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat oil and butter and sauté celery pieces for about 10 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of water and salt and immediately, transfer skillet to the oven. Bake for about 10 minutes. Flip and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Remove skillet from oven and place over medium heat. Stir in leafy tops and simmer till a nice and thick glaze is formed.
