Ingredients:
0.25 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil1 Large Red Onion1 Pound Lean Ground Beef2 Cloves Garlic2.5 Cups Ketchup1 Teaspoon Chili Powder2 Tablespoons Prepared Yellow Mustard0.25 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper4 All-Beef Hot Dogs4 Hot Dog Buns0.5 Cup Shredded Cheddar CheeseIn a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat and sauté garlic & half the onion for about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in mustard, ketchup and chili powder. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. Add a light coating of cooking spray to a grill over medium-high heat. Grill hot dogs until lightly browned with grill marks, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer hot dogs to a plate and set aside.Brush inside of rolls with oil. Place on the grill face down. Toast until warm and crispy, 2- 3 minutes. Put hot dog on each roll and top with chili, cheese & remaining onions.
