Apricot–Ginger Glazed HamPT50M Serves 12 Ingredients: 7 Pounds Semi-Boneless Ham 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger 0.5 Cup Apricot Preserves 0.5 Cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar 0.25 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Wrap the ham in a foil and arrange in a roasting pan. Bake the ham until its temperature reaches to 145 degrees when checked through a thermometer inserted inside, roughly 15 to 20 minutes per pound. Heat oil in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat. Sauté ginger for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in sugar, preserves, and vinegar, cook for 10 minutes until the mixture is syrupy glaze. Remove the ham from the foil and brush with the glaze. Set the oven to 500 and continue to bake the ham for 20 minutes. Baste the ham with the remaining glaze 10 minutes into the cooking. Allow the ham to rest for at least 20-30 before serving.
