Ingredients:
1.66 Cups Self- Rising Flour0.5 Teaspoon English Mustard Powder0.25 Cup Unsalted Butter2 Tablespoons Fresh Thyme0.33 Cup Milk0.125 Teaspoon Salt0.5 Cup Grated Sharp Chedder CheesePreheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease sheet pan with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir until soft dough is formed. Transfer dough to lightly-floured work surface and knead for 3 - 4 minutes. Shape dough into ¾ inch circle.
With a drinking glass or biscuit cutter, cut out scones and transfer to prepared sheet pan. Brush tops lightly with milk and sprinkle with salt & grated cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
