Beer BreadPT1H15M Serves 12 Ingredients: 3 Cups All Purpose Flour 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 0.25 Cup Sugar 12 Ounces American Lager 0.5 Cup Butter Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a loaf pan. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add beer and mix till well combined. Place the mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly. Spread melted butter over bread mixture evenly. Bake for about 1 hour. Remove from oven and keep onto the wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes. Carefully invert bread onto wire rack to cool completely. Cut into slices and serve.
