3 Tablespoons Olive Oil0.5 Cup Onion0.5 Cup Green Bell Pepper0.5 Cup Celery2 Tablespoons Garlic3 Cups Day-Old Bread2 Cups Canned Oysters1 Cup Chicken Broth0.25 Cup Green Onions2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning0.5 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce0.5 Tablespoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black PepperPreheat oven to 350. Generously, grease a medium baking dish.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-heat and sauté onion, celery and bell pepper for about two minutes, add garlic and sauté for another two minutes. Reduce the heat and fold in oysters with their liquor, bread cubes and broth. Simmer for a few minutes. Add parsley, green onions, Creole seasoning, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper and gently stir to combine. Transfer mixture to a baking dish evenly. Bake covered for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
