Smart Recipes, American Recipes, Pork Recipes, Recipes Pork American Honey Marinaded Pork Tenderloin Honey Marinaded Pork Tenderloin Recipe | PT1H15M Serves 4 Ingredients: 0.5 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar 0.25 Cup Olive Oil 0.25 Cup Honey 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard 2 Cloves Garlic 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes 1.5 Teaspoons Coarsely Ground Black Pepper 2.5 Pound Pork Tenderloin 0.25 Cup Honey 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard In a large bowl, add 1/4 cup of honey, vinegar, olive oil, 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes and pepper and beat till well combined. Transfer mixture into a large zip-top plastic freezer bag with pork tenderloin. Seal the bag and shake to coat well. Refrigerate to marinate overnight, flipping occasionally. Remove pork from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature for at least 20-30 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly, grease a roasting pan. Remove pork tenderloin from bag and discard excess marinade. Place pork tenderloin into prepared roasting pan. Bake for about 40 to 60 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 150 to 155 degrees while inserted in the thickest portion of pork. Remove tenderloin from oven and keep on a cutting board for about 10 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile, for sauce: in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard and 1/4 cup honey and beat till well combined. Cut pork into desired slices and serve warm alongside honey sauce.
