2 Teaspoons Five Spice Powder2 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce2 Teaspoons Sea Salt & Black Peppercorns2 Tablespoons Dry Sherry4 Large Garlic Cloves0.25 Teaspoon Dried Chili Flakes2 Tablespoons Rice Flour2 Pounds Pork Shoulder1 Pint Peanut OilIn a large bowl, add pork, rice flour, sherry and soy sauce and mix until well combined. Set aside for about 20 minutes. In a wok, heat oil and fry pork for about five to six minutes or until golden. Transfer the pork to a bowl. Remove oil from wok, reserving about 2 tablespoons.In the same wok, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and sauté for about 30 seconds.
