0.5 Cup Unsalted Butter10 Tablespoons Caster Sugar2 Egg Yolks2 Tablespoons Grated Lemon Zest1.5 Cups All Purpose Flour10 Tablespoons Cornmeal0 Icing SugarPreheat oven to 315 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a baking paper. In a bowl, add sugar and butter and beat till creamy. Add flour, cornmeal, egg yolks and lemon zest and mix till a soft dough ball is formed. Place dough ball onto a lightly floured surface and roll into 1/2-inch thickness. With a 1 1/4-inch sized star-shaped cutter, cut the dough. Arrange stars onto prepared baking sheet in a single layer about 1-inch apart. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and keep onto a wire rack to cool for about 5-10 minutes. Carefully, invert onto wire rack to cool completely. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
