Smart Recipes, Fusion Recipes, Beef,Eggs,Dairy Recipes, Recipes Beef,Eggs,Dairy Fusion Raman Burger Deluxe Raman Burger Deluxe Recipe | RecipeSavants.com PT40M Serves 3 Ingredients: 2 Packages Instant Ramen Noodles 5 Large Eggs 0.25 Teaspoon Salt & Ground Black Pepper 0.75 Pound Lean Ground Beef 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 3 American Cheese Slices 0.25 Cup Ketchup 2 Tablespoons Sriracha 1.5 Cups Baby Arugula For buns: In a pan of boiling water, cook ramen noodles for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain noodles well and set aside to cool slightly. In a bowl, combine 2 eggs, salt, and black pepper and beat well. Add noodles to egg mixture and gently stir to combine. Place the noodle mixture into 6 bowls (cereal bowls or ramekins work great) evenly. Cover each bowl with a sheet of plastic wrap, and weigh down with another bowl. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, if not 1 hour. Combine beef, sesame oil, and soy sauce and mix well. Make three equal sized patties and season with salt & black pepper In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Gently tap the bottom of each ramen mold and carefully, invert into the pan and cook for about 3minutes, carefully flip the ramen patty and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining molds, and set aside until service. In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat and cook burgers for 3 minutes per side. In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a cheese slice and allow the cheese to slightly melt. Set aside. In a small skillet, heat another teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat and fry the 3 remaining eggs for about 1 minute on each side. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the Sirarcha and ketchup. To assemble the sandwich, spread ketchup mixture on a ramen bun, top with arugula, followed by a burger patty and top with a fried egg and the final ramen bun.
