Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together the reserved egg white and remaining milk and brush it over the dough. Bake the dough for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove buns from the oven and place them on a wire rack to cool completely. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix together confectioner’s sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and milk. When buns are cooled, pipe icing in a cross shape along the top of each bun.
