1 Deep-Dish Pizza Dough28 Ounces Diced Tomatoes1 Cup Tomato Sauce6 Ounces Tomato Paste0.5 Teaspoon Salt1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano1 Teaspoon Dried Basil0.25 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 Pound Ground Mild Italian Sausage24 Slices Pepperoni1 Pound Fresh Mushrooms6 Cups Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese0.5 Cup Parmesan CheesePreheat the oven to 450 degrees.Punch the dough and cut it into two halves. Roll each half into an 11” in diameter round sheet. Layer 2 greased 10 inch cast iron skillets with dough.Sprinkle 2 cups of mozzarella over each pizza. Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce with tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings in a bowl. Spread 1 1/2 cups of this sauce on each pizza. Add a layer of sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese on top of each pizza. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
