Ingredients:
8 Cups Whole Milk1 Pound Cream1 Teaspoon Cream Of Tartar1 Cup Powdered Sugar1 Teaspoon Rose Water2 Tablespoons PistachiosIn a bowl, add milk, cream and cream of tartar and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.Remove from refrigerator. Add 4 teaspoons of sugar and rose water and with an electric mixer, beat on high speed until top becomes foamy. With a slotted spoon, transfer foam into a tray. Repeat until all milk mixture changes into the foam. Sprinkle the top of each layer with some sugar. Transfer into small serving bowls and sprinkle with pistachio slices. Refrigerate to chill before serving.
