Bourbon & Tea Punch Recipe | PT15M Serves 8 Ingredients: 0.5 Cup Turbinado Sugar 2 Cups Fresh Blueberries 2 Cups Brewed Unsweetened Black Tea 1.5 Cups Fruity Rosé Wine 1 Cup Bourbon 0.75 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice 8 Orange Slices 0.5 Cup Water 8 Sprigs Of Mint Combine the water and sugar in a bowl, and stir until the sugar is disolved. Transfer the sugar mixture to the bowl of a food processor along with 1 cup of the blueberries and pulse until a smooth sauce is formed. Strain the blueberry mixture into a large cocktail mixture (use the back of a wooden spoon to get the maxium amount of juice), discarding the solids. Stir in the wine, lemon juice, brewed tea and bourbon to the pitcher, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Add the remaining blueberries to the pitcher and stir to combine. Serve the cocktail in old-fashioned glasses filled with ice and orange moons, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
