Ingredients:
1 Cup Uncooked Long-Grain Rice2 Tablespoons Butter1 Small Onion3 Cups Chicken Broth Or Vegetable Broth1 Teaspoon SaltIn a pan, melt butter and sauté rice until very lightly browned.
