1 Pound Beef Top Sirloin1 Carrot1 Green Onion0.5 Yellow Onion1 Clove Garlic1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce1 Teaspoon White Sugar0.5 Teaspoon Salt0.5 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper1 Tablespoon Sesame SeedsIn a large resealable plastic bag, add beef, carrots, onions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and sesame seeds, seal the bag and shake to coat well. Refrigerate for at least 2 1/2 hours or overnight.Preheat a grill pan over high heat. Lightly grease the grill pan. Remove beef mixture from marinade and discard excess.
