2 Tablespoons Vegan Butter3 Teaspoons Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Garlic3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro3 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Leaves1 cup All-Purpose Flour1 Teaspoon Baking Powder0.5 Teaspoon Baking Soda2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder4 Tablespoons Almond Milk2 Tablespoons Vegan Yoghurt0 To Taste SaltFor garlic spread: In a bowl, add vegan butter, garlic, basil, cilantro and 1 teaspoon of olive oil and mix until well combined.For the dough: In a bowl, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, garlic powder, almond milk and vegan yogurt and beat until well combined. Add some olive oil and with your hands, knead for about 2 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 equal sized portions. Roll each dough portion into 8-inch circles.Spread garlic spread on top of each flatbread.Place the flatbread into a skillet with the garlic spread side on top and cook, covered until golden brown. Spread some vegan butter on the top of flatbread and serve hot.Repeat with the remaining flatbread.
