3 Bay Leaves1 Gallon Water1 Pound Beef Bones0.5 Teaspoon White Pepper0.5 Teaspoon Cayenne6 Cloves0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper1 Teaspoon Salt0.75 Teaspoon Onion Powder1 Rib Celery1 Small Onion6 Cloves Garlic0.5 Teaspoon Dry Mustard1 Small Carrot1 Teaspoon Garlic PowderPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Put beef bones in a large roasting pan and roast 20 minutes, uncovered. Remove from oven, drain the fat off, turn over the bones and roast again 20 more minutes. In a large pot, place roasted bones along with remaining all ingredients and heat over high until it starts boiling. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer about 2 hours or until it reduces to 2 quart. Strain the broth and bring it back to the pot. Bring strained broth to boil over high heat. Reduce heat and let simmer over medium low about 30 minutes or until it reduces to 1½ quarts. Let cool in refrigerator and defat with a slotted spoon.
