Smart Recipes, Mexican Recipes, Beef Recipes, Recipes Beef Mexican Burritos Con Queso (Mexican Burritos With Cheese) Burritos Con Queso (Mexican Burritos With Cheese) Recipe | PT1H Serves 8 Ingredients: 28 Ounce Tomatoes 8 Flour Tortillas 1 Cup Onion 8 Ounce Canned Green Chilies 2 Teaspoons Jalapeno Peppers 1 Clove Garlic 0.25 Teaspoon Salt 1 Pinch Black Pepper 0.5 Teaspoon Chili Powder 2 Tablespoons Butter 0.5 Cup Onion 1 Pound Cooked Beef 16 Ounce Refried Beans 1 Pound Monterrey Jack Cheese 6 Large Radishes In a bowl, add tomatoes, 1 cup of onion, 4-ounce of drained green chilies, jalapeño, garlic, chili powder, salt and black pepper and mix well. Keep aside in room temperature for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. For Burritos: In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and sauté ½ cup of onion for about 5 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Arrange tortillas in a 12x8x2-inch baking dish in a single layer, seam side down. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and divide burritos and remaining salsa onto serving plates, serve with the garnishing of radishes.
