Keep aside in room temperature for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. For Burritos: In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and sauté ½ cup of onion for about 5 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Arrange tortillas in a 12x8x2-inch baking dish in a single layer, seam side down. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and divide burritos and remaining salsa onto serving plates, serve with the garnishing of radishes.
