1 Large Rutabaga4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter0 To Taste Flaky Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.5 Lemon2 Tablespoons Fresh ParsleyPreheat the oven to 450 degrees. In a pan, add butter over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes or until butter changes into a brown, nutty and toasty liquid. Add rutabaga, salt and black pepper and toss to coat well. Place rutabaga mixture into a large baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for about 25-40 minutes or until browned.Remove from oven and transfer into a serving bowl.
