I love this recipe, it features some of my favorite flavors citrus, tarragon, and garlic. Feel free to switch out the citrus for whatever you might have on hand. I have made this recipe with Grapefruit, Key Limes and even Oranges. The only word of caution is to adjust the amount of juice so it is about the same as you would have orignally had from the lemon & lime combonation.
