2 Pounds Napa Cabbage0.5 Cup Kosher Salt0.5 Pound Daikon Radish2 Large Bunch Of Scallions0.33 Cup Korean Red Pepper Powder0.25 Cup Fish Sauce0.25 Cup Fresh Ginger4 Cloves Garlic2 Teaspoons Korean Salted Shrimp1.5 Teaspoons Granulated SugarCore the cabbage and cut into 2-inch pieces crosswise. In another large bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Add cabbage and with your hands, mix until well combined. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, if not overnight.
