3 Medium Egg Yolks3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice1.25 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard1 Teaspoon Salt0.75 Teaspoon Black Pepper0.75 Cup Canola OilPlace egg yolks and lemon juice in a food processor.
