6 Medium Sun Dried Tomatos1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary3 Cloves Garlic0.33 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Large French Bread Loaf0.5 Pound Goat CheeseRehydrate the sun-dried tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and transfer to the bowl of a food processor and pulse with the rosemary, garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until a chunky mixture is formed.
