8 Fillets Flounder6 Ounces Stuffing Mix2 Cans Clams0.75 Cup Clam Juice4 Tablespoons Butter Or Margerine2 Tablespoons Lemon JuicePreheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain clams and reserve juice in a bowl. Make stuffing according to package’s directions but replace ¾ cup of water with clam juice. Transfer stuffing into a bowl with clams and stir to combine.Arrange flounder fillets onto a wax paper. Place 2 tablespoons of stuffing over each fillet evenly. Roll up each fillet tightly to secure the filling. Arrange flounder rolls into a baking dish. (Place any leftover stuffing over flounder rolls). Top with lemon juice, butter and Italian seasoning. Bake for about 30 minutes.
