1 Large Bunch Broccoli Rabe1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes2 Large Shallots1 Small Lemon5 Large Calbarian Peppers0.5 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.25 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive OilPreheat oven to 375 degrees.On 2 large sheet pans, divide rabe, tomatoes, shallots, and peppers evenly. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt & pepper and gently toss to coat mixture well. Arrange veggies in a single layer without overcrowding.Roast until rabe is browned on the edges and the tomatoes have burst, about 25 minutes. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and add lemon juice & zest. Toss well and serve.
