1 Pound Dry Ziti Pasta2 Teaspoons Oil1 Large Onion1 Pound Lean Ground Beef2.5 Cups Spaghetti Sauce0.66 Cup Sour Cream0.5 Cup Shredded Provolone Cheese0.5 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese0.25 Cup Grated Parmesan CheesePreheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside. Meanwhile, in a large pot of salted & boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente and drain.In a large cast iron skillet, heat the oil and saute the onion and ground beef, saute until the ground beef is browned and the onion is softened. Stir in the pasta sauce and sour cream, simmer for 15 minutes. In the baking dish, layer 1/2 of the pasta, topped with 1/2 of the meat sauce and grated cheese. Repeat a second layer, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
