Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Red Chili1 Lemon1 Clove Garlic1 Bunch Parsley Leaves2 Tablespoons Marjoram Leaves20 Shrimp1 Teaspoon Sea SaltIn a large wok, heat oil and sauté lemon zest and red chili till fragrant. Add 1/3 of both herbs and garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Stir in shrimp and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add most of the remaining herbs and stir fry for about 30 seconds. Stir in salt and remove from heat. Garnish with remaining herbs and serve.
