1 Teaspoon Cornstarch0.5 Cup Tomato Juice0.25 Ounces Unflavored Gelatin8 Ounces Canned Red Salmon0.5 Bunch Of Scallions0.75 Cup Cottage Cheese0.5 Cup Non-Fat Plain Yogurt0.125 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice0.5 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black PepperIn a small pan, dissolve cornstarch into tomato juice and set aside for 5 minutes. Place pan over low heat and combine gelatin and juice mixture until dissolved completely, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and set aside.In a food processor, add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. While motor is still running, add gelatin mixture and pulse to combine.Grease a deep bowl and then, line with a plastic wrap.Place salmon mixture into prepared bowl. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Carefully, invert mousse onto a serving plate and remove plastic wrap before serving.
