Allow to cool completly at room temperature, and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, meanwhile roll out the dough into an 11-inch round and transfer to a 9-inch tart shell, trim off any excess dough. Line the tart shell with a sheet of parchment paper, and bake blind for 5 minutes (weigh down the parchment paper with beans). Discard the parchment paper and beans, and continue to make for another 15-20 minutes or until the shell is golden brown. Transfer the baked shell to a wire cooling rack and allow it to cool. Spoon the prepared pastry cream in the prepared shell, and top with berries and a sprinkle of confectioner's sugar.
