Add butter to the mixture and pulse again. Stir in egg yolk mixture and mix well to form a smooth dough. Knead the dough on a well-floured surface. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, meanwhile roll out the dough into an 11-inch round and transfer to a 9-inch tart shell, trim off any excess dough. Line the tart shell with a sheet of parchment paper, and bake blind for 5 minutes (weigh down the parchment paper with beans). Discard the parchment paper and beans, and continue to make for another 15-20 minutes or until the shell is golden brown. Transfer the baked shell to a wire cooling rack and allow it to cool. Spoon the prepared pastry cream in the prepared shell, and top with berries and a sprinkle of confectioner's sugar.
