In a bowl add, ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper and mix until well combined. Make 18 equal sized balls from the mixture. Arrange the meatballs into a large baking dish about 1-inch apart and top with onion soup evenly. Bake for about 25 minutes.
