8 Ounces Pasta1 Teaspoon Olive Oil8 Ounces Baby Portabella Mushrooms1.5 Cups Whole Milk3 Tablespoons Butter3 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour1 Teaspoon Black Pepper8 Ounces Swiss CheeseCook pasta till just al dente, follow the instructions on the box. While cooking the pasta, preheat your oven to 375°.In a large skillet add olive oil and sauté the mushrooms till they are softened, about 5 or 6 minutes. While sauteing the mushrooms heat the milk in a small sauce pan, till very warm. In another sauce pan, combine butter and flour stirring frequently till a thick paste is formed. Combine flour mixture with warm milk, mushrooms and seasonings stirring frequently. After the sauce has thickened add the Swiss cheese and cook for just a few minutes longer till the cheese is fully incorporated into the sauce.Combine pasta and sauce mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into 8 x 8 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
