3 Eggs2 Cups Sugar2 Sticks Butter0.5 Cup Water2.5 Cups All Purpose Flour2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder1 Teaspoon Baking Soda1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon1 Teaspoon Allspice1 Cup Pecans0.5 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips2 Apples1 Tablespoon VanillaPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.Beat together eggs, sugar, butter and water in a bowl till creamy. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and spices till just combined. Fold in pecans, chocolate chips, apples and vanilla extract. Transfer the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan evenly. Bake for about 60-70 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and keep onto the wire rack to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes. Carefully, invert the cake onto wire rack to cool completely before slicing. Cut into desired size slices and serve.
