2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil1 Pound Ground Pork0 To Taste Salt0 To Taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.5 Cup Yellow Onions1 Tablespoon Garlic1 Pound Bok Choy0.5 Pound Medium Shrimp0 To Taste Soy Sauce0.25 Cup Sake1 Tablespoon Sugar1 Pound Fresh Bean Sprouts0.25 Cup Green Onions1 Medium EggHeat oil in wok. When oil is ready, add the pork and season with salt and pepper then stir fry for 3 minutes. Mix in the onions and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add in the bok choy and shrimp and season with salt and pepper then stir fry for 1 minute.Season the mixture with soy sauce, sake and sugar then thoroughly mix in the sprouts and green onions. Remove from heat and let cool.Preheat the deep fryer.Use about 1/4 cup of the mixture for each egg roll, placing the mixture in the center of each wrapper. Then fold the wrappers by folding each end toward the center about 1/4 inch and roll up the wrapper starting at the bottom. Use egg wash to seal the end tightly.Fry the egg rolls about 2-3 until golden brown then transfer to paper towerls to drain the oil.
