Ingredients:
1.5 Cups Honey Mustard1.5 Cups Apricot Or Peach Jam1.05 Quart Soft SalamiPreheat the oven to 275°F.
In a small pan, add jam and mustard on medium heat and cook, stirring continuously till well combined.
Place salami on greased cookie sheet. Score salami lengthwise every 1/2 inch. Coat salami with jam mixture. Bake for about 4-5 hours, basting with jam mixture after every 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into desired size slices.
Serve with remaining jam mixture as a dipping sauce.
