Ingredients:
1 Cup Cornmeal0.25 Cup Sugar2 Tablespoons Baking Powder1 Teaspoon Salt1 Cup Splenda6 Tablespoons Butter4 Extra-Large Eggs2.5 Cups Skim MilkPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in splenda, eggs and milk. Do not over mix and stir only until well blended.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until done.
