5.25 Cups All-Purpose Flour0.25 Teaspoon Salt1 Cup Unsalted Butter2.75 Cups Dark Brown Sugar0.25 Cup Granulated Sugar1 Large Egg5.5 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract1 Tablespoon Plain Greek Yogurt0.5 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips0.5 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips2.75 Teaspoons Baking Soda1 Egg Yolk0.25 Cup Nutella1.25 Teaspoons Fine Sea SaltIn a stand mixer, add butter & both sugars and beat until light & fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add egg, vanilla, & yogurt and beat until incorporated.In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda & regular salt together. Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture and beat until well combined. Remove bowl from mixer and fold in chocolate chips. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pans with Silpat or parchment paper. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and flatten it into a disk. Add 1 teaspoon chilled Nutella in the center and fold dough around it to seal the cookie. Continue steps until all dough is used.Arrange cookies on prepared pan with about 2 inches of space between each cookie. Sprinkle each cookie with 1/8 teaspoon sea salt and bake until golden brown on the edges, about 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and set pan on wire rack to cool.
