In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine sour cream, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder and cream cheese. Mix well. Remove the bowl from the mixer and use a spatula and carefully fold in the cheddar and crab meat. Transfer the mixture to a large casserole dish and sprinkle with Old Bay, and bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Garnish with the minced chives.
